Will my leads be Spanish Speakers?

All of the leads provided will be Spanish speakers. Our team creates all advertising in Spanish, then it's shown to Spanish speakers, and all our questionnaires are in Spanish. That way you only receive Spanish speaking clients.

How are my leads generated?

All of your leads go through the same process, it starts in the advertising department. We create ad campaigns on Facebook and YouTube with ad copy that’s directly related to life insurance and it’s shown to prospects that are interested in life insurance.

Once a prospect clicks on the advertisement, they are taken to our funnel. Now in the funnel, the prospect has to click through 4 pages before getting to the questionnaire. That way we weed out people that are not interested in life insurance.

Now in the questionnaire, a prospect has to answer 16 questions related to lifestyle, health, and interest in life insurance. Once the prospect has submitted the questionnaire then it becomes a lead.

How will I receive my leads?

Your leads will be delivered in a google sheet, google excel, and PDF.

What if my lead order includes leads out of state or over 50 miles from the provided zip code?

We strive to provide you quality and transparency, that’s why in the event that you get a lead that's out of state or (if you got Spanish Local Leads) over a 50 mile radius we will provide a replacement lead.

What if I get duplicate leads?

What is your refund policy?

We offer full refunds for orders canceled within a 2-hour window from the time of your order submission. After this initial period, our team has already initiated work on your campaign. Please understand that due to the nature of our work and the non-refundable expenses associated with leads generated through Facebook & Youtube, all sales become final unless a cancellation request is received within the first 2 hours of placing your order.. How long does it take to get my lead order?

The estimated order fulfillment time is within 48-72 hours, during which you will gain access to leads as they are generated. Please note that our marketing team creates ad campaigns from scratch, and occasionally, platforms such as YouTube and Facebook may require additional time for ad campaign approvals or, in unfortunate circumstances, may deny the campaign. We understand that this process is beyond our control, but rest assured, our dedicated customer support team will promptly reach out to you in the event of any such occurrence.
